Their role will be to service the needs of a range of clients and additionally act as distributors and applicators within a described territory, with respect to the range of products and services that become applicable and available from time to time.
It is our clear intent to develop a client base to utilise and support the services provided by our providers. Therefore some flexibility is required around the terms of our License to match their needs. Accordingly our License is annually renewable on it’s anniversary, and may be subject to renegotiation or adjustment of any aspect.
